ProofCall collects information necessary to provide AI-powered outbound calling services, including: lead contact information (name, phone, email, address), call recordings and transcripts, campaign configuration data, and usage analytics.
We use collected information to: execute AI calling campaigns on your behalf, generate call transcripts and quality scores, improve our AI voice agents, and comply with legal obligations (TCPA, FCC, state regulations).
Call recordings and consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by TCPA compliance. Campaign data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC2-compliant providers. Access is restricted via row-level security policies.
We use ElevenLabs for AI voice generation, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider maintains their own privacy practices and security certifications.
