1. Service Description

ProofCall provides an AI-powered outbound calling platform. Our service automates phone calls using artificial intelligence voice agents to schedule appointments on behalf of your organization.

2. Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from all leads before initiating AI calls. ProofCall provides tools to track and store consent records, but the obligation to obtain consent rests with you. You must comply with all applicable federal (TCPA, FCC, FTC) and state telemarketing laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProofCall for: calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent, calls outside permitted hours (8am-9pm recipient local time, or stricter state limits), harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly. AI call minutes are metered at $0.10/minute. Overage minutes are billed at the same rate. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProofCall is not liable for fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from your non-compliance with telemarketing laws. Our platform provides compliance tools, but legal compliance is your responsibility.
